Relation, friend or any other person who was an eyewitness to the death should inform about the death to the Embassy.

Required documents for the registration

• Death report by the doctor with an English translation
• Certificate issued by the hospital handing over the body with an English translation.
• Other related documents of the death issued by the Korean authorities with English translations.
• Passport, Birth Certificate and other identification documents of the dead person.
• Fee 26,000 K.Won
